So, I hear tales about people making $1,000-2,000 on CashCrate, amongst other things, and it's hard to believe. I am just starting to find out about promotion and referral sites, so this is starting to sound like more of a possibility. There's life beyond Google adwords, and much of it is free. Article writing, discussion board posting and blogs with your links are a few ideas. Just by posting on discussion boards I am averaging a person a day. I have templates for discussion board postings, and I figure that it is my job to post one a day. If it continues at the same rate I will have 400 people in my referral list, since 25% on average are active referrals, then I will receive 20% of what 100 referrals make (actually more since the percentage rises with more referrals) How's that for possibilities? And the more I do this, the more I find out ways to get referrals.

 All it takes is persistence, bloody-mindedness. Keep you eye on the goal and run as fast as you can towards it (crawl if you have to). I like to say I let nothing stop me. Not frustration, not shame, not weakness. If I have a goal I figure out the steps and just start...walking. In the book "The Art of the Start" there's a quote saying something like the hardest thing for entreneurs is just to start. Simply starting. Yes, you might make a mistake, and probably several, but just start.

And don't stop.
